The Mission Cycling Tuscany Camp

Welcome to the heart of Italian culinary and cycling culture - a combination that, in our opinion, can't be matched anywhere else in the world. Tuscany is easily one of the most beautiful settings in the world to ride a bike or do pretty much anything else. And when you experience it at the speed of a bicycle, you'll soak up a life-altering experience.

We'll ride the historic white gravel roads (strade bianche) through picturesque, centuries old villages and farms. Our routes will connect unique opportunities to explore the world-renowned food, wine and hospitality of the Tuscan hills

The riding will challenge you and the culture will replenish you. We'll experience rolling hills, workhorse climbs and smile-inducing descents. We'll also see the Giro d'Italia first-hand. From our private estate, we'll ride to the start of the Stage 9, 40km Individual Time Trial - likely to help select the real contenders for the overall win.

Join us for a trip that promises to be both challenging and rejuvenating.

We'll be based in a 13th century stone villa (one of the oldest in the area) located on a hillside between Siena and Florence. Our hosts have restored the property to high modern standards that will restore us when we return from a day on the strade bianchi.

This trip will be a bit different than last year's Tuscany trip. This year we'll be located our base will be approximately 40 minutes south of Florence in the heart of Chianti. Just outside Radda in Chianti.

Each guest room is double occupancy with an ensuite bathroom.

The grounds of our villa are stunningly beautiful and offer a private infinity swimming pool, and outdoor fitness area and plenty of open space to relax and recover.

Each day, we'll have a planned route with options for cutting it short or, in some cases, adding an extra credit climb or loop. The riding will be as challenging as you like as this part of Tuscany is known for its rolling countryside, lined with olive trees and vineyards, that can include some spirited climbs.

We'll eat dinner together once we've returned from our ride, showered and caught up on the day's Giro stage results. Dinner will be prepared by a local chef, on the premises, and will feature some of the best of Tuscan cuisine and wine. It doesn't get better than this.
